That Red House Organic Soap Berries 250g

'That Red House' Soapberries are a natural alternative to traditional laundry detergent and fabric softener and are the only ones on the market that are 'Certified Organic'. No waste, and highly economical - 90+ washloads per 250g, costing around 20c per wash!
They are often called 'soapnuts', but they are not nuts at all. They are in fact a fruit of the Sapindus Mukorossi tree, which grows in several different regions of the world, but are most prevalent in the Himalayas, which is where these are harvested by small local communities. No synthetic chemicals or pesticides are used and they are a sustainable resource.
Each set of shells will do approx 5 wash loads, depending on water temperature and wash cycle, etc. Soapberries perform well in cold water but if you have a particularly dirty load, turn up the temperature on your machine to draw more soap out of the berries.
By purchasing these soapberries, you are supporting the 'Grow Nepal' initiative which creates a future for the Nepalese people and encourages sustainable practices across the planet.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Spray stubborn stains with stain remover as you would for normal washing. Place 5 soap berries in the little cotton wash bag provided and double tie the top. Simply place inside the drum of the washing machine with your dirty clothes. If you like natural fragrance, add 4-5 drops of the red house 100% Essential Oil to the fabric on the cotton bag and pop it in the wash. Smells divine!
